Start Earning Incentive pay at 8 weeks!
Pay scale overview:
- Outstanding pay starting at $27.30 per hour
- After 3 months: $29.40 per hour
- After 6 months: 29.40 per hour
- Pay Structure: Component Pay (Averaging $40/hr)
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus (Available for drivers with 1 yr of experience or more)
Local CDL-A Truck Drivers at Martin Brower Enjoy:
- Local Home Daily Routes
- Hours: Night Shift (10-12 hour shifts)
- Roughly 4-5 stops
- Additional pay for Mileage, Cases, Stops, etc.
- Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k
- Extraboard schedule – must be comfortable working any shift
- Daily or nightly home time

Local CDL-A Truck Driver Qualifications:
- 21 years of age with Class A CDL
- Must have and maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience
- Must pass post-offer background, DOT physical and drug test
- Prior foodservice distribution/delivery experience preferred
