Warehouse careers associates receive inbound products, replenish, pick, select and palletize products, shrink wrap and load trailers utilizing powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a multi-temperature foodservice warehouse environment.
Pay scale overview:
- Starting Pay is $18.80 per hour with additional pay increases
- 3 months to $21 per hour
- 9 months to $22.80 per hour
- 15 months to $27.45 per hour
- Incentive pay after 8 weeks (.48 cents per minute - production/performance-based)
- Electric pallet jack experience preferred
- Candidate must be comfortable working in cold conditions such as a freezer
- Candidate must have open availability to work any shift
- Must be available to work any shift, OT, holidays, we are a 24/7 operation

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Safely build pallets, cart, or cages of product for loading and delivery to our customer.
- Select product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
- Accurately receive inbound products and replenish inventory as needed
- Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment.
- Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Foodservice distribution experience a plus
- 6 months Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred
Warehouse Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pallet jack/forklift experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in cold conditions
- Must pass post-offer background and drug test
- Must be available to work ANY Shift – We are a 24/7 operation
