Warehouse associates receive inbound products, replenish, pick, select and palletize products, shrink wrap and load trailers utilizing powered equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts in a multi-temperature foodservice warehouse environment.
Pay scale overview:
- Pay rate starting at $22.00 /hr
- After 6 months: $22.82 per hour
- Top rate: $23.70 per hour
- Annual Earnings: $50,000 - $60,000
- Differential for Cooler: $0.50 per hour, Freezer: $1.00 per hour
- Incentive pay after the probationary period
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Safely build pallets, cart or cages of product for loading and delivery to our customer.
- Select product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
- Accurately receive inbound products and replenish inventory as needed
- Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment.
- Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Foodservice distribution experience a plus
- 6 months Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred
Warehouse Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pallet jack/forklift experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in cold conditions such as a freezer
- Willing and able to work ANY shift as we are a 24/7 operation
- Comfortable working weekends & holidays (Must have some open availability)
- Must pass post-offer background and drug test
